Video to GIF Converter enables you to convert video clips into GIF animations. After you load your video file, the program creates a story board that displays a thumbnail of each frame in the selected portion of the video. You can then select the frames that you want to extract and output them to an animated GIF. Since GIF animations tend to be rather large in size, the program allows you to crop a portion of the video, skip a number of frames and resize the GIF output. It also includes a GIF Optimizer that can further reduce the file size by optimizing the color palette and removing redundant pixels. Other features include optional color effects, custom text overlay, adjustable frame delay speed and more. Video to GIF Converter supports most popular video formats, including AVI, Flash, MPG, MKV, MP4 and others.
